By downloading or using Happy Money: Expense Manager, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You may use the app for lawful personal purposes. Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access except where applicable law expressly permits it.

The app is a record-keeping and planning tool, not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You remain responsible for your financial decisions.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and safekeeping of information you enter or attach. Keep appropriate copies of information that is important to you.

The app, branding, design, and original content are owned by Pham Van Vuong or their respective licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

Third-party services and the App Store have their own terms and policies, which also may apply to your use. We are not responsible for services operated by others.

Features may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued to maintain or improve the app. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

The app is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, without excluding rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Access may end if these terms are materially breached, and the terms may be revised with an updated date. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections govern without limiting rights that cannot be waived.
